These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Money Plan AI application ("the Service"). By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms in full.

1. Service description

Money Plan AI is a web app for personal budgeting, savings, investments, financial forecasts and related documents, accessible by browser.

2. Free trial period

Each new account includes a free 1-month trial from registration with full access to Service features and no payment method required.

3. Subscription plans

After trial, you must activate one of the following single-user paid plans:

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date. Cancellation can be done any time in account settings; access remains until the end of the paid period.

5. Account and user responsibility

Users are responsible for credential confidentiality and all actions performed through their account. Users must provide truthful and updated registration data.

6. Acceptable use

The Service is intended for personal or household finance management. Illegal use, rights violations and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

Software, brand and Service content belong to the Service owner or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Service availability

We strive for continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or external causes.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or email with reasonable notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Where applicable, consumer disputes are handled by the court of the consumer's residence.
